This is an opportunity to produce a solo concert or share a program with other artists.

The Basics
Location: 9315 Monroe Road, Suite E, Charlotte, NC
Parking: Plenty of free parking in our parking lot.
Theater is located in STUDIO 1.
The backstage area is Studio 2 and 3.

Schedule
The following are the set schedules for the days above.
Saturday Schedule
1:00pm - 3:00pm: Load-in
3:00pm - 5:00pm: Technical Rehearsal with cast and crew
7:00pm, 7:30pm or 8:00pm: Show (2 hrs)
Load-out: 2 hours
Sunday Schedule
9:00am - 11:00am: Load-in
11:00am - 1:00pm: Technical Rehearsal with cast and crew
3:00pm - 5:00pm: Show (2 hrs)
5:00pm - 7:00pm: Load-out

Box Office Ticket Data

CC&DC will operate the box office using Tix.com. Fees are minimal and will be passed on to the ticket buyer.

A daily ticket report will be sent to the renter.

The renter will receive a copy of all ticket buyer information for those who agreed to be added to mailing lists.

CC&DC will add all ticket buyers to their database.
Selection Criteria
-
Based on ability to present their show and adhere to CC&DC Timeline, Policies and Procedures
Technical Set up and Strike
Participants will need to provide 4 volunteers for load-in and load-out. These volunteers need to wear closed toed shoes and be able to lift 30 lbs.
If a list of volunteers are not provided 10 days out or volunteers do not show up, $25 per person x 2 hours (total $50 per person) for each shift will be added as an expense.
Clean-up
A $50 cleaning fee will be added if there is excessive trash left in the facility that is not in the trash cans.
Decorations
Renters may decorate the theatre for their event within the following guidelines:

Any items hung from the ceiling or grid require prior approval

No adhesives other than painter’s tape may be used on the walls or doors

No glitter
Food and Beverage
CC&DC will operate all concessions (food and beverage) and keep all concessions revenue.

- Will print 4 posters to hang in our studio and have flyers at our front desk.

- 1 Hour Marketing Consultation to develop a Marketing Plan and Strategy
