Sling It
Aerial sling is one of the most fun apparatus to flow on, and doing so with tempo adds a new level of excitementto the craft. In this workshop we will begin with some momentum foundations such as upright beats and inverted beats (knee beats and lever legs) and then use them for well known pathways like inverting and climbing over knee hooks. Depending on the pace and level of the group we can start applying beats to sequences, entrances into wrap, and exits! Aside from fun on sling, this is a great way to develop your dynamic technique for other apparatus while sparing your grip!

Dance Straps
Throw away what you know about how to use straps and join me for this creative workshop in which I’ll share some of my favorite dancey straps sequences with you that I have been researching and developing! I borrow ideas from silks, rope, and even bars to create interesting shapes and new concepts using long flat straps with hand loops at the bottom.
