Celebrate your birthday party, bachelorette, girls night out, mom's night or friends reunion with us!
How it works
1. Complete the Request Form
2. A staff member will reach out to confirm the details and book your party
3. Pay the party deposit or full amount to reserve your time.
4. Get ready to party!

Fees
$35 per attendee with a four (4) attendee minimum

Gratuity
If you loved your party and host, we recommend a 20% gratuity. Parties over 6 attendees will automatically incur an 18% gratuity applied to the total balance. Gratuity may be paid by card on file or cash
We offer two payment options:
Payment In Full
To reserve your time you may pay the full amount of the party. Receive a gift bag from us when you pay in full.
Deposit + Remainder
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the date and time. The deposit is applied to the final total. The remainder is due 7 days before the party date.
Additional Attendees
At the time of booking, you will tell us the number of attendees. You may add more attendees on the day of your party for $45 per person. You will be charged for the number of attendees given at the time of booking.

No refunds will be given for reduced party sizes.

We do not provide decorations, plates, napkins, cups, plastic ware, or food/beverages.

Reschedule Policy for Parties
30 Day before the party: You may reschedule your celebration for up to 30 days in advance with no penalty.
Less than 30 days before the party: Parties rescheduled less than 30 days in advance will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Less than 24 hours & Late Arrivals: Parties rescheduled for late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late) will incur an $80 rescheduling fee. Parties may be rescheduled on the same day or a different day upon the availability of resources.

Cancellation Policy for Parties
30 Day before the party: Parties canceled 30 days before the event will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days before the party: Parties canceled less than 30 days before the event will receive a partial refund of 50% less the $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours & No Shows: Parties canceled less than 24 hours before the event or failure to show up for your party will result in no refund plus an 18% gratuity added to the final total.

Inclement Weather Policy
Inclement weather can be unpredictable, and the safety of our students, families, and staff is always our top priority. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, the Studio may cancel or adjust special events such as birthday parties or private group sessions. When possible, we will provide same-day notice at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled start time. If the Studio cancels due to weather, families may choose to reschedule their event or receive a full refund.
If a family chooses to cancel their event on the day of the event due to weather concerns, we’re happy to offer flexibility. Clients may either reschedule for a future date (based on availability) or receive an 80% refund, with the remaining portion covering staffing and preparation costs. We appreciate your understanding as we work together to keep everyone safe while still providing a positive experience.
This policy is subject to change and applies to all special events booked after the effective date.
