2020-21 Training Program Classes

Training Program Students need to choose classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays.

Due to our space restrictions relating to COVID-19 Safety Precautions, we will have the following required classes virtually on Zoom.

  • Wednesdays, 5pm - 6pm: Conditioning

  • 6pm - 6:30pm: Training Program Workshop (sample classes Juggling, Hip-hop, Bollywood, Acting, etc.)

Open Practice will not be required for this season due to limited studio space.  We hope that you will continue to practice and prepare for your classes on your own.

Training Programs

Focus Track (Click to see complete program)

Students who want to focus on 1 - 2 disciplines for a year. You can change your focus the following year but must commit to a full year. For mature performers who want to dig deeper into a discipline and have more performance opportunities. Ages 10+ or 5th Grade

All Around Track (Click to see complete program)

Students who want to gain a solid foundation in dance and circus arts with a desire to perform. Ages 10+ or 5th grade+

Foundations Track (Click to see complete program)

Students who wish to participate in the All Around or Focus Track are required to take two years of our Foundations Track.  This gives participants a solid base on which to grow and have success.

Recreational Program

Students still learn proper technique and have fun but the teachers will structure their classes at a leisurely pace than training program students.
