You can teach at our school or in the community, do administrative work, and production work.

We are seeking teachers who have a passion for teaching recreational and pre-professional students.  

Our main circus arts include Aerial Arts (Silks, Lyra, Trapeze), Hand Balancing, Acrobatics, Partner Acrobatics, and German Wheel, but we are open to other circus disciplines. 

We are concert style of dance and circus studio vs. a competition style.

Dance school

School Experience Manager

We are looking for a part or full time School Experience Manager to be the liaison between students/parents and our school.  This role will work closely with the School Program Director.

Charlotte Cirque & Dance Center (CC&DC) is the school for Caroline Calouche & Co., which is a non-profit located in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The organization is dedicated to inspiring people of diverse backgrounds to explore beyond their boundaries through performance and education. Our vision is to create educational opportunities for people to experience the world from a unique and artistic perspective, which will enrich their lives and the lives of those around them.  CC&DC is poised to become a local and regional center for recreational and professional training.  We know that our work is at its best when we:

  • Great communication skills who feels comfortable calling and emailing customers and potential customers.

  • Welcome all visitors to the studio with a warm and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with enrollment questions and registration.

  • Comfortable with sales.

  • Take attendance for classes as needed.

  • Support teachers with class set up and transitions as needed.

  • Critical thinking, problem-solver with strong management and negotiation skills

  • Meticulous record keeping.

  • Proactive and self-directed strong work ethic with excellent follow-through and time-management know-how.

  • Must have a solid working knowledge of Google Drive and Gmail. 

  • Additional knowledge in Jack Rabbit, Asana, Canva are a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Light cleaning duties and small studio projects to maintain cleanliness and organization of the space.



Studio Hours

M - Th, 4pm - 9pm

Saturdays. 9:30am - 12:30pm

Employee would need to work half of their hours at the studio during these hours.  The exact schedule is flexible.

The remaining hours can be remote with reliable internet access.

Hours needed may change seasonally.  

Pay: $17 - $20
 per hour (pending experience)
