Rental Requirements for All Renters​

 

Agreement and Policies

• Renters must agree to the CC&DC Renter’s Agreement and the CC&DC Anti-Discrimination Policy.

• Space Use

• Renters have access to the space only for rehearsals or classes during their rented times. Personal training is not permitted.

• Renters interested in training at CC&DC may apply for a CC&DC membership.

 

Billing and Payment

• Monthly Renters:

  • Monthly renters will receive an invoice via PayPal on the 1st of each month. Invoices may be corrected through the 7th of the month. No changes can be accepted after the 7th.

  • Monthly payments are due by the 13th of the following month.

  • If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, upcoming calendar reservations will be removed, and new reservations will not be accepted until outstanding payments are resolved.

• Non-Monthly / One-Time Rentals:

  • Full payment is due at the time of contract signing. Payment accepted via check, Zelle, or PayPal.

• Incidentals:

  • Renters must provide a valid driver’s license and credit card on file to cover any incidentals or damages that may occur during their rental.

 

Scheduling

• Space rental requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.

• Waivers and Background Checks

• All participants and instructors must have signed the CC&DC Participation Waiver.

• All instructors must complete a CC&DC Background Check.

 

Insurance and Certification

• Renters must provide proof of $1,000,000 general liability insurance for all teaching activities. CC&DC must be named on the Certificate of Insurance (COI).

• Renters must have current CPR/First Aid certification.

 

Liability

• Renters are personally liable for all classes and activities. CC&DC is not liable for any incidents occurring during facility rentals.

• Renters must agree to abide by all CC&DC policies.

Equipment

• CC&DC provides communal equipment such as mats and general fitness props (e.g., yoga blocks) for all instructors to use.

• Instructors are responsible for bringing any additional equipment required for their classes or activities.

• Free storage space is available for renters who regularly use the space.

Advertise Your Class or Activity

CC&DC can help you promote your class or activity through:

1. Newsletter

   • The CC&DC newsletter is sent monthly. Submit information about your classes or workshops using this form link.

2. Social Media

   • CC&DC can make official announcements on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Use the same form as for the newsletter.

   • Share on your own social media, tagging or collaborating with @cltcirquedancenter.

3. Other Ideas

   • Email rentals@cirquedancecenter.org if you have other promotional ideas.
